3b5d55fa6e Check that all images are used (lint.py) 
This caught a markup error, an unused image, and case-sensitivity (which
Sphinx doesn't mind, but still).  Now a standard test function.

8ceb461b67 Build config with Sphinx - just "make html" 
Because who wants building pages to be complicated?
The config is actually pretty extensively tweaked for non-code projects
at this point.
