Installation Instructions for Tracks Using 1&1 Linux Web Hosting

1&1 is running Debian GNU/Linux with Ruby 1.8.5 installed (as of 2012-03-27)

The current version of Tracks (2.0) requires Ruby 1.8.7 as a minimum, so no luck.
