1450ca96c6 after adding a new action to a context, collapsing the context now hides the new action. Fixes #691

5e7fa85096 Added an XSLT file so that the manual can be compiled to HTML and LaTeX automatically. 
Updated the manual following suggestions from Tim Madden: sources of installation instructions for Linux users, a reminder that the database is being updated from 1.043 to 1.5 with rake db:migrate, and some new links for easy installation and hosted options.

7aef09b193 changes migrations by report on mailling list that sqlite has trouble renaming columns. This was partially addressed in 019 and mentioned in 003. Applied to 033 and 034. Thanks Mohammed Firdaus

44d09bb781 removed active actions that belong to completed projects from the home page. Solves #669 
Also merges list of contributers from deleted installation.html. These were lost after the last reordening of documentation.

e71a3cbbae restored :integer as type for position. I've updated migration 038. If you have run it before this patch, you need to rerun it. rake db:migratie VERSION=37 to step back and rake db:migrate to rerun

1de273c96e this patch includes a fix to the sqlite adapter to support changing NOT NULL constraints on existing sqlite databases. This fix is part of rails 2.0, but not part of rails 1.2.6 which is baseline for tracks 1.5. 
Also this patch includes a migration to remove the NOT NULL constaint from the position field of contexts and projects. Should solve #640
