5d2023d18b keep tracks of last url in mobile view to be able to return to last page after edit of action. Fixes #696. Also applies patch to fix selenium test and update them for the navigation with the new return path.

5e7fa85096 Added an XSLT file so that the manual can be compiled to HTML and LaTeX automatically. 
Updated the manual following suggestions from Tim Madden: sources of installation instructions for Linux users, a reminder that the database is being updated from 1.043 to 1.5 with rake db:migrate, and some new links for easy installation and hosted options.

7aef09b193 changes migrations by report on mailling list that sqlite has trouble renaming columns. This was partially addressed in 019 and mentioned in 003. Applied to 033 and 034. Thanks Mohammed Firdaus

44d09bb781 removed active actions that belong to completed projects from the home page. Solves #669
