Griatch	16b7a79573	Remove setting of cwd() for unix install. Testing suggests this is not necessary on Linux/Unix. Windows cwd() seems to be necessary for -e installs (but maybe remove that too later). Resolves #650.	2015-02-08 18:01:59 +01:00
