a85f8995b3 utils.format_grid strip ansi support 
adds option to ignore ansi markups when calculating grid lengths.

Created a system command for displaying and manipulating tasks.

A single unit test in evennia.commands.default.tests.TestHelp fails. Message pattern mismatch.
All other unit tests pass.
