A: What Wekan version? What Mobile Chrome version?
With Wekan v3.26.0 and Mobile Chrome 76.0.3909.132 on both
OnePlus 3 (Android 9; ONEPLUS A3003 Build/PKQ1.181203.001)
and Galaxy Note 3 (Android 5.0; SM-N9005 Build/LRX21V)
I can open boards, lists and cards both in mobile mode
and desktop mode that is selected from browser menu.
Please update your Wekan with `sudo snap refresh`
