467a3be850 Update to Meteor 1.9-beta.4, Node.js 12.13.1 and MongoDB 4.2.1. 
Remove MongoDB option --smallfiles that is not supported in MongoDB 4.2.1.
Add MongoDB option --quiet to docker-compose.yml.
Update snap fibers to 4.0.1.
