Show Nodejs heap stats only at Standalone WeKan.

Browse source 
Not shown at Sandstorm WeKan, because there's a bunch of machine performance data
Sandstorm doesn't expose to apps to prevent side channel attacks.

Thanks to ocdtrekkie and xet7 !
