lukemelia 439f955d32 Introduced a user preference for redirecting to an action's project page when you mark it complete. Defaults to false (no change from the current behavior of Tracks.) The idea of this feature is to go to the project detail page so you can see or create the next action. I'm interested in feedback from people who try this out. ... Remember to rake migrate after you update. Fixes #38.
