bsag 1d29f43785 Added Notes. These are added to a particular project, and displayed in summary form on /project/[name]. You can see all notes on /notes, and individual notes on /note/[id]. The latter two pages allow you to delete and edit the notes. The note body uses Textile/Markdown format.
