lrbalt	e32f890ea1	this patch removes date calculations from SQL and uses Ruby to calculate date differences. Cleans up some corner cases and fixes timezones for per hour calculations. It's not rendering correctly for me in Firefox but is OK in Safari and there is at least one other minor error.
