I've also ensured that all tests (including selenium tests) are passing on my machine.

Also, for developers: two new gems are required for running tests: zentest and flexmock.
I applied James Kebinger's patch to add starred actions. These are implemented behind the scenes as a tag, so you can see all starred actions the way you would look at actions for any tag. Closes#387. Thanks, James!

I improved test coverage of a few models and created a test for the new helper methods to support the stars. (Helper method tests are made possible by ZenTest. The helper tests use mock objects to isolate them, courtesy of flexmock. Thanks, Jim Weirich!)
Modified a few selenium tests to work properly with mysql.
Upgraded the has_many_polymorphs plugin.
Add rails_rcov plugin to get test coverage numbers more easily.
Convert toggle_check action to correspond to a PUT instead of a POST (follows CRUD<->HTTP mapping better).
I'm having some issues running tests with sqlite3 that I haven't been able to figure out. I'll work on it, but wanted to check in so I can check out and work from the beach this weekend.

Two new authentication options! These probably need documentation...
* Introduce LDAP authentication option (see configuration in environment.rb.tmpl). Thanks to Jeremy Evans for creating the SimpleLdapAuthenticator plugin. Note: the ldap auth integration test is likely to be fragile. Works for me on OS X with openldap, but your mileage may vary.
* Introduce Open ID authentication option (see configuration in environment.rb.tmpl and http://openid.net for more info). Thanks to East Media for the Open ID Consumer Plugin.
In environment.rb, you can enable any combination of the three auth options. If you have more than one selected, users can opt between them via their preferences pages. To play with the Open ID auth, you can get an identity at pip.verisignlabs.com.
Note that there are some new migrations to support the new authentication options, so don't forget to rake migrate!

Added UserController#create to provide RESTful API for the admin user to create a new user in the system. This may be useful for the folks who have generously opened their Tracks installs to others. I have plans to document the RESTful API stuff at some point and write a Ruby wrapper.
Created a class method User.get_salt that wraps all calls to the SALT constant so that unit-tests can be always run with the default salt (I was previously needing to modify my environment.rb to run tests).
Replaced usages of assert_success in tests with assert_response :success because assert_success is deprecated.

I made a small change to the signup method, because the previous method had broken at some point, and was no longer preventing non-admin users from signing others up. I suspect that this had to do with the cross-database differences in the way that booleans are handled, so I changed the method to use ActiveRecord to find the logged in user (thus automatically translating appropriately between 1/0 and 't'/'f').
The tests concerning users and login also broke with the changes in this patch, so I fixed those, and added some of the new Integration tests.

Tidied some of the CSS for the user and login pages.
Tidied the flash display so that it dynamically shows either the notice, warning or message flash as appropriate.
Note that the login tests are broken for now.
