bsag	5e7fa85096	Added an XSLT file so that the manual can be compiled to HTML and LaTeX automatically. ... bsag	e1b4839dd0	Amalgamated installing.tex and upgrading.tex into one document (manual.tex), and generated an HTML file and PDF file from this using Multi-Markdown.
