Added AFF_FLYING/SCUBA and appropriate checks in act.movement.c. Room sector ty
  pes IN FLIGHT and UNDERWATER are finally being used!
  Removed all of the Dragon_Breathes.
  Removed context help system.
  Added invis level on reconnect.
