Rumble 787c392e0a - Removed the extra space when you have no title (thanks Rhade). 
- Added "Top of File" to the do_file command (thanks Rhade).
- Removed socials from wizhelp.
- Changed zlist with no arg to list zones.
- Wiznet can now be seen while in OLC, again (thanks Fizban).
- Updated socials, help, changelog, world, and news.

These are the stock helpfiles that are no longer used. The new helpfiles are
in the hedit directory.
