e90e568475 Upgrade Sphinx docs toolchain: modern CSS, version sidebar, and search fixes 
- Remove legacy CSS and templates.
- Add custom.css ported from live nature theme for Sphinx 7.x.
- Update conf.py, drop sphinx-multiversion.
- Fix SearchBar and Doc Versions sidebar.
- Update requirements.txt to latest stable module versions.
