WIP: Phase 3 async processing - needs syntax fixes
- Added async container checking with xargs -P support - Implemented check_image() function for subprocess execution - Updated container processing to use async pattern - Added proper timeout handling and improved error checking - Need to resolve syntax issues in update logic section
