* fix: populate userMessage.files before first DB save * fix: ESLint error fixed * fix: deduplicate file-population logic and add test coverage Extract `buildMessageFiles` helper into `packages/api/src/utils/message` to replace three near-identical loops in BaseClient and both agent controllers.
