* Fix: Prevent side effects in `processMCPEnv` by deep cloning MCPOptions The `processMCPEnv` function was modifying the original `MCPOptions` object, leading to unintended side effects where `LIBRECHAT_USER_ID` could be incorrectly shared across different users.
