Additionally, the number of iterations for the encoding loop has been reduced to 10,000. A timeout function has been added to simulate a delay of 15 seconds. After the timeout, the memory usage is measured again. The script now handles uncaught exceptions and logs any errors that occur, except for errors related to failed fetch requests.
