📦 feat: Move Shared Components to @librechat/client (#8685)

- Maintain type safety with build verification
- No breaking changes to existing code

- TShowToast, Option, OptionWithIcon, DropdownValueSetter
- MentionOption, NotificationSeverity, MenuItemProps
