🛠️ ci: Add Workflow to Detect Unused i18next Keys in PRs (#5782)

* created: checks for unused i18n keys in codebase. * updated the file to test this new check on this PR. * updated the file to test this new check on this PR. * updated the file to test this new check on this PR. * updated the file to test this new check on this PR. * updated the file to test this new check on this PR. * removed the testing option. will now only run in `client/src/**`
